Welding processing
We accept welding of vacuum piping parts starting from one piece.
In addition to TIG welding, which uses an inert gas to isolate the welded part from the atmosphere and perform arc welding, we also use welding methods such as EB welding and brazing welding that are suited to the material and the customer's usage environment.
After welding, we perform leak tests and pressure tests using He gas to ensure zero leakage due to welding.
We also accept design and manufacture of vacuum chambers.
